BOLLYWOOD STARLET, DEEPIKA PADUKONE, CHEERS ON FORCE INDIA TEAM AT FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX

A-list Bollywood beauty, Deepika Padukone, recently accompanied Vijay Mallaya (owner of Force India Racing Team), at the World Championship Formula 1 Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi.    

Deepika was one of the millions of spectators that turned out to cheer on the Force India F1 team at the brand new racing circuit in Abu Dhabi, marking and celebrating the end of the 08 season of Formula One in style.

Belonging to a sports family, Deepika has always been a Formula 1 fan with Force India being her favourite team.   Speaking at the event, Deepika said, “I have always loved visiting Abu Dhabi, but the energy and buzz of the place on race weekend is something else. I am here to cheer the Force India team who have been my favourite ever since Dr Mallaya launched the team last year and am very happy to see the wonderful performance they have put together this season. It’s really exciting because I get to fulfil my long cherished desire to experience a Formula One race live. It gives me a sense of supreme pride to be part of India’s team at the pinnacle of motorsport and see the Indian tricolour race on this world class race track”.
